Service Requests:
Customers who want weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleanings are priced according to occupancy, pets, flooring and square footage. Other factors not mentioned can affect pricing such as overall condition of the home. We recommend a first time detailed cleaning to bring your home up to a standard which will be maintained according to the regular cleaning schedule you choose. There is a mininum $60.00 charge.
One time cleanings, move in/move out, and sight unseen are priced on an hourly rate. Additional charges may apply if special requests are made.
Special Requests Include:
- Inside Ovens and Refrigerators
- Windows (your windows must tilt in to allow us to properly clean them inside and out)
- Changing Linens
- Laundering
Our 24-hour guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply inform our office within 24 hours of your service and we will happily re-clean the area which you are dissatisfied with.
Cancellation Policy:
Please give a minimum 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reshedule a cleaning; otherwise, there will be a $35.00 service fee. We do forgive emergencies.
